How It Works

    1. Print the pages. Choose poster, creature, symbols, whatever you want.
    2. Write your doubt. Put it straight into the creature.
    3. Cover it. Stick the heart, butterfly or star symbols on it, not to erase it, but to quiet it.
    4. Pin it up on the wall. Keep it somewhere visible, a reminder that you’re still bigger than your doubt.
    5. Go further. Use the bonus Cheerleader & Naysayer cards, rip one, keep one.

Where It Comes From

The Doubt Protest Pack is part of my Paint Over Doubt series. In the paintings, real, anonymous doubts are written into Doubt Creatures and then covered with symbols. Each one is a one-off. The pack lets you take part in that same fight from your own home.
